Symposium on the history of postwar economics - São Paulo, Brazil, August 20-21, 2010

The Department of Economics at the University of São Paulo (USP) organizea the mini-symposium on the history of postwar economics, which is open to anyone who wishes to attend it.
This event aims to bring together renowned international and local scholars in the field of history of economics to discuss important aspects of the development of economics after World War II.
The speakers are E. Roy Weintraub (Duke University), Mary Morgan (LSE and University of Amsterdam), and Marcel Boumans (University of Amsterdam).
The event will take place in São Paulo, Brazil, on August 20-21, 2010, and it will be both streamed live on internet and recorded (in order to make the videos freely available on internet afterwards).
